This is the brunch of weddings – not quite breakfast, not quite lunch. Big for elopement, intimate for a wedding. This is something in between (more into that later). I’ve known Kate for ages through our previous workplace and when I first got the email from her about her getting married I was over the moon! Their wedding was unique, held along the cliff sides of Coogee Beach and Kate managed to walk down the aisle in her gorgeous golden high heels – amazing. Shortly followed by reception which was held at their office/home. Its not just an ordinary office/home but its a converted warehouse so you can imagine high ceilings and a rustic decor. Cut out all the traditional speeches, cake cutting and even the first dance and you are left with an awesome party reception. This is their story: “We used to see each other in the lift where we used to work. One day his receptionist said ‘my boss thinks you’re pretty’, so I handed her my business card! Took him ages to text me, but have been pretty much inseparable ever since.”
