Usually, this space is reserved for a quick snapshot of the couple’s story and journey. This time I wanted to share something a little different. Cindy and Jacky took the time after their amazing wedding to give me their feedback. It’s too good not to share.

Dear Kevin and Phong (my 2nd shooter),

We just wanted to send a quick message to say THANK YOU both for last Saturday ❤ ️ We remember seeing your photography long before we were even engaged and thinking WOW this guy’s creativity and vision is insane! Having you capture our wedding genuinely meant so much to us.

From our first shoot with you right through to the wedding day, everything was perfect. Your creativity with each shot was incredible, and you both have such a natural eye for the small details — the way you work with light and shadows, the reflections, and the little moments in between. You made everything feel effortless. Your guidance took so much of the stress away and helped us relax into every pose while still keeping everything natural and candid. Even when we were running behind schedule, you never made us feel rushed or behind — we truly felt supported the whole time.

Thank you for being so patient and attentive to every detail, and for going above and beyond throughout the entire day 🥹 You captured everything we wanted and so much more. I’m especially grateful that you reminded me of the shots I wanted when I was overwhelmed — I have zero regrets, and I feel so blessed that you were the ones who documented our special day. When we shared our engagement photos, everyone were in absolute awe and we already know the wedding photos will be even more incredible 🤩

We also loved how you incorporated all the small elements of the day — the newspaper, the pizza boxes, the chess pieces — and turned them into artistic moments. The chess idea was insanely creative and we’re so excited to see how it turns out. Watching the two of you get excited when inspiration struck made us excited too, especially during that window shot in the bar room.

You handled the group shots like absolute pros — rapid-fire and organised. You were both so easy to approach, so comfortable to be around, and your artistic approach made us feel like we were in the best possible hands. We could see how much heart and intention went into every moment you captured ❤️

We honestly can’t wait to see the full gallery, and even more than that, we can’t wait to hang these photos in our future home. We love you both, and we’re so grateful you were part of our special day — thank you for documenting it in a way we’ll treasure for a lifetime.
